Embrace Your Space takes a personalized approach to each home organizing project, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.  We prioritize economy and sustainability in our organization solutions. 

Most new client relationships start out with a short conversation, followed by an on-site assessment in their home.  At that time,  we discuss the client's priorities, any previous or current barriers to the organizing process and the best path forward.  Embrace Your Space then follows up with some preliminary suggestions, an outline of next steps and an estimate of the number of hours needed for specific projects, as well as some potential dates should the project go forward.  

Not at all.  

Every project and every client is unique.  Some clients require additional time, especially for a down-sizing process that involves sentimental items or family keepsakes.  Other clients are motivated to "make this happen", and the process goes much quicker.  Some clients use Embrace Your Space for donation drop-offs and recycling, other take care of these tasks  themselves.  One thing that stands out is most clients are surprised how much progress can be made after just one session.  

Yes.  This allows for greater flexibility for the client as well as for overall project management.  There is a two-hour minimum per in-person session, and we request that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.   

While it is the goal to leave a client with new organizing skills and systems, some clients prefer an ongoing relationship to keep clutter in check -- perhaps a once a month refresher to prevent clutter from accumulating.    

Embrace Your Space is based in Belmont and serves area suburbs, as well as Boston and Cambridge.  Cyber consulting is also an option.  Contact us to see if a specific location is an option.   

Not if there are independent projects that can be done without client input. For projects involving downsizing and sorting, it is recommended that the client is participating or is close by.
